The Institute of Economics and Technology (SIET) is prioritizing human resource development, especially high-quality human resources; developing human resources for leadership, management and key fields on the basis of improving and creating a strong, comprehensive and fundamental change in the quality of education as well as training associated with the recruitment mechanisms, use and treat talents, promoting research, transfering, applicating and strongly developing science - technology and innovation. The Institute SIET conducts research and facilitates collaboration between scientific units, universities, institutes, organizations, and scientific experts both in Viet Nam and abroad another countries( US-UK, Australia, Singapore,..):

The Institute conducts research activities and links between scientific units, universities, institutes, organizations and scientific experts at home and abroad:

• Cooperate and link experts and organizations to carry out consulting, training, coaching and transfer programs in the field of science and technology to serve the needs of economic development.
• Cooperation in organizing science and technology conferences.

The Institute promotes research, application transfer and coordination among scientific, educational, training and consulting units in basic research, commercialization, fundraising and pilot research development, etc. practical production into life, contributing to increasing the efficiency of production and business activities and promoting commercial development.

The Institute SIET has gathered a team of economic, scientific and technological staff inside and outside Viet Nam for research, economic development, technological innovation as well as consulting, training, organizing conferences, transfer seminars in the field of economics and technology. Always a place to train good business managers, a reliable consulting center for businesses and economic sectors, to participate in the economic development process, to bring the country into the knowledge economy and international integration.
